PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY.
By placing a reservation with West Suburban Limousine, Inc. (“WSL” or “the Company”), either by telephone, fax, email, online, or in any other manner, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You further expressly authorize the Company to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation.
If your employer has a corporate contract with WSL, that contract shall supersede these terms and conditions.
All content in the West Suburban Limousine, Inc. website (the "Site") is intended only for residents of the United States. West Suburban Limousine, Inc. maintains the Site for your personal use and information.
By accessing and browsing the Site and/or placing a reservation, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and Conditions unless a corporate contract is in place which shall supersede the below.
THE FOLLOWING POLICIES APPLY TO ALL NON-CONTRACTED CUSTOMERS:
ARRIVAL PROCEDURE
There are two options for contacting us upon arriving at either O’Hare International or Midway Airports, text or telephone. If you’ve opted for the text option, you will receive a notification on your cell phone with instructions. Simply follow the prompts and you will receive your vehicle description, license plate number, pick up designation and estimated time of arrival for your chauffeur. If you do not receive a text, please contact our dispatch department AFTER you have your luggage collected. Our telephone number is 630-668-9600 (ext 3 or 4). Our dispatch department will help guide you to your vehicle.
CONFIRMATIONS/ RATES
A confirmation number is provided for every reservation and a confirmation email is generated by the computer system. It is the traveler’s responsibility to review the confirmation information for accuracy. Each segment of your reservation will have an individual confirmation number. If you wish to cancel your reservation, each segment of your reservation will also have an individual cancellation number. The rate provided at the time of booking is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved. Wait time, parking, extra stops (not previously accounted for) or other additional services may change your rate. Rides are billed to the customer's credit card and/or corporate account numbers. WSL accepts the following cards:

All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate. Due to fluctuation in currency exchange rates, all US dollar equivalents of international rates may vary.
AIRPORT RATES
WSL has standardized airport transfer rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most Chicago-area municipalities and airports.
LATE NIGHT and EARLY BIRD fees of $20 are added to any trip with an on board time between 11:00pm and 3:59am. West Suburban Limousine is not responsible for airline delays related to weather, mechanical issues, etc. Our responsibility is to provide safe, efficient transportation, regardless of the time of day, and our services will be billed accordingly.
WAIT TIME/EXTRA STOPS
For all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at $10.00 per quarter hour increment once the grace period has elapsed. For non-airport pick-ups, the grace period is defined as fifteen (15) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time.
Additional charges apply for extra passenger requested stops or services. Charges applied to a point-to-point reservation will be charged from $10.00 to $20.00 per stop/service, so long as the stop is along the route. Additional requested stops or services outside the normal travel route will be quoted by our dispatch department and billed accordingly.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW FEES
WSL has a two-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation of trips within three (2) hours of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price. Charter Services require 24 hour notice for cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable.
A 'no show' fee equal to the base fare price will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. If you cannot locate your driver please call (630) 668-9600. To avoid being billed as a no-show, we advise you not to leave your location without communicating with West Suburban Limousine Inc. WSL is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. WSL does not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes.
HOLIDAYS
A $20.00 U.S. holiday surcharge will be charged to all trips occurring on:
New Year's Day
Easter Sunday
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day (DOUBLE RATE)
New Years Eve after 6 pm
SPECIAL EVENT SERVICES
All Event Services vehicle types will be billed at the prevailing West Suburban Limousine, Inc. hourly rate.
OTHER
West Suburban Limousine shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
WSL. assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
PRIVACY POLICY When you register at the West Suburban Limousine, Inc. website, we will respect your privacy in accordance with the policy set forth in our corporate manual. West Suburban Limousine, Inc. will NOT give your user or name and address information to anyone without your consent. The information you provide us with is used to help personalize user information and offers for you. Your name and address information may be used only for mailing you offers. Your e-mail address is used for sending you information and updates about West Suburban Limousine, Inc.'s services and the Website.
