O'Hare Arrival Procedure

You will receive a text message upon arriving at the airport. When you’ve gathered all your luggage, you simply use the text prompt to select your exit door at the baggage claim level. Our dispatch department will respond with a description of your vehicle, the plate number, and the anticipated wait time for the arrival of your chauffeur.

A couple quick tips: We ALWAYS pick up on the baggage claim level, downstairs from where you arrived. Secondly, our vehicles will arrive in the second lane of traffic. When exiting the building you must cross one lane of traffic and wait on the center safety island for our vehicle to pull up.

Yes, of course! If you prefer speaking with a live dispatcher, you can always call us at 1-630-668-9600 (or 1-800-942-LIMO) and hit Prompt 3 to reach the O’Hare dispatcher. Our dispatcher will provide specific instructions over the phone, including vehicle details, plate number and anticipated wait time.

We expect our chauffeurs to exit the vehicle and introduce themselves. They’re trained to help with your luggage and assist with getting inside the car, per your requirements. Once inside the car, we aim to provide a safe, efficient trip to your destination.

GRATUITIES: Gratuities are optional and completely at the discretion of the customer. Like any service industry, they are an important part of the chauffeur’s income and can be viewed as an indicator of customer satisfaction.

Yes. Although you can add a gratuity when you place your reservation, you can also wait to add tips at the end of the ride. The chauffeur will have a green form where you can simply sign and add a tip at the end of the journey.
